My donation this month…..

Each month, 3% of the proceeds from bootcamp are donated to a charity. This month, we donated to a group called Strive. It is a charity that benefits teens and young adults with benefits. Zumba

I am EXTREMELY excited because I was asked to teach a Zumba class in front of 300-400 people early Sunday morning.  I felt honored that I was asked to organize a small dance! I’m going to start it at 7am. Everyone should be up and ready to dance again. Actually, they’ll be woken up to a party! I believe News Channel 8 will be there filming the event.  Keep your eyes peeled! And everyone who will be there, get ready to shake some booty……

This study was done on mice, HOWEVER, in my own personal experience, I believe it.  I see the changes everyday in my clients. The first thing I always notice after they have done a week or two of programs with me, is that their skin is so HEALTHY.  I used to work in South Carolina at Pivotal Fitness. I had a client who was 53, but looked like he was 103. His eyes were sunken in, belly was so bloated it was about to explode, and his skin had a yellow tint.  After a month of working out with me, he looked like he was 30. He looked AWESOME. He told me that he was carded when he bought a bottle of wine (of which he told me that was the first time in MANY years he was asked to show id).  So I dare you to go workout and let me know how you feel after a few weeks. 3 days a week is all you need, 1-2 miles a day, and clean eating.  If you want quicker results, I would obviously recommend 4-5 days/week, and hire me as your trainer. I’ll get you in shape 😉
