Tough Mudder Training Starts Today!

DON”T FORGET!

For those of you who are signed up in our team for the Tough Mudder next March, our training starts today! And for those of you who plan to sign up or live too far to make it to our training, be sure to follow my blog. I will be posting videos of exercises that we will be doing to prepare us for the big day! Also, I will be posting nutrition tips to help keep you on track for the coming Holidays. πŸ™‚

I haven’t been able to track my progress yet as we’ve had our hands full here at the house. However, it hasn’t stopped me from focusing on my goals. So I will be posting this week on my progress as far as Post Baby workouts have been going so it show you that, NO MATTER WHAT, NEVER STEP AWAY FROM REACHING YOUR GOALS. Babies, jobs, school, etc. are all very important, but what’s most important is that you stay healthy to be there for your babies, jobs, school, etc. So never STOP! Don’t look back and keep moving forward. πŸ™‚
