Some of My Favorite Smoothie Recipes

smoothieI just LOVE smoothies.

Especially when they are packed with so many vitamins and nutrients, it keeps me energized throughout the whole day! Best of all, it only takes minutes to blend, and minutes to enjoy, with hours of ENERGY!

I don’t use any powders, supplements, or additives. I use whole, natural, organic produce. The smoothies are so packed and full of nutrients that they can easily be substituted for a meal.

I wanted to share some of my favorite smoothie recipes with you, so that you may try and enjoy! Spread the word!

If you are trying a smoothie with veggies in it, it’s best to blend the greens, dates, and milk all together FIRST for a few minutes, then put the rest of the ingredients in.

1 cup of spinach
3 kale leaves
3 Medjool dates (pitted)
3/4-1 cup of almond/coconut/or soy milk
1/4 cup of mixed berries
1/4 cup of dry oats
1 tsp raw honey, agave nectar, or pure maple syrup
cinnamon and nutmeg

1 banana
1/4 cup of mixed berries

1-2 bananas

1/2-3/4 cup of almond/soy/or coconut
