This is such a great healthy pizza for those living a gluten free lifestyle! My kids LOVED it and I doubled the recipe. I used the left overs to make muffins 😉
1.5 cups of sweet potato
1.5 cups of almond flour (or any other flour)
2 eggs
1 egg white ( I used our farm fresh eggs)
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of baking powder
1.5 tsp of EVOO
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of dried basil
Dash of tumeric
Dash of pepper
Mix all ingredients and pour onto a greased pan ( I greased with coconut oil) and bake 25-30 min. Or until edges are brown. Once finishes add in your toppings. We used kale, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, broccoli, and soy cheese. Bake for another 8-10 minutes and VOILA!
