Lindsay Mattingly

As a wellness coach, my goals are to make sure that my clients can achieve activities of daily living with little to no difficulty. I have helped clients and athletes of all levels to accomplish beyond their highest levels of performance and goals.

In 2007, I graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Psychology and a Dance Minor. My passion for fitness expanded, and I became a Certified Fitness Trainer through International Sports and Science Association (ISSA) and am a Licensed Basic 1 Zumba Instructor. I am also earning my Fitness Nutrition and Fitness Therapy certifications through ISSA to become an Elite Trainer.

I started in Fort Wayne, IN with just a pair of dumbbells, a stopwatch, and 12 eager women looking to lose weight and get fit. With motivation and high fitness spirit, the group of women made a successful journey to living a healthy life and enhancing their self esteem. I knew that this was my passion: FITNESS. My goal is to empower as many individuals to define and reach their goals, both physical and psychological, one day at a time!

I feel that I have developed a unique connection with my clients, both as a motivator and role model, which arises from my own personal wellness journey.  I have two beautiful daughters, 15 months apart, and I can understand how busy life may seem. However, by finding a BALANCE for your lifestyle and family, together, you can make a difference!

Don’t let anything hold you back. You can do anything you want to do!

Let me empower you on your journey to success!

I coach others how to build their own business and mentor individuals in the fields of Nutrition and Personal Training!
